How do I report a lost or stolen Debit/ATM card?
If your Savings Institute Bank & Trust Debit MasterCard or ATM card has been lost or stolen, contact our Customer Service Center immediately at 800-423-0142.
How do I report unauthorized transactions on my Debit Card?
To dispute a transaction on your Debit Card or an ATM withdrawal, please call (866) 987-1457 Monday-Friday from 8:00am – 8:00pm. Outside of these hours, please call (866) 842-5208. Or you can visit one of our branches.
I'll be traveling soon. Should I notify the bank?
If you will be traveling outside of Connecticut or Rhode Island, please contact our Customer Service Center at 800-423-0142 to make us aware of your plans. This will reduce the likelihood of a transaction being denied due to suspected fraudulent activity.
Some debit card transactions my be blocked in certain geographic locations due to increased fraudulent activity. Click here to view the list of current restrictions.
I received an email/text message/phone call asking me to verify account information. Should I be concerned?
If you have received an email, text message or phone call that appears to be from us requesting account information, do not respond. It is fraudulent. We will never contact you to request your account information via email, text message or phone. In the case of a fraudulent email, please forward the message to ScamAlert@savingsinstitute.bank. If you have already responded to the message you received, please contact our Customer Service Center immediately at 800-423-0142.
How do I place a stop payment?
If you need to place a stop payment, you can log into your Online Banking account or call EASI Banker anytime and follow the instructions. You can also call our Customer Service Center at 800-423-0142.
How do I set up an automatic loan payment?
To set up an automatic loan payment, download the Automatic Loan Payment form and either drop it off at any branch or mail to address on the form.
