Jovial Foods, Inc. was founded by husband and wife team, Carla Bartolucci and Rodolfo Viola, who have always been passionate about food, farming and traditions. After discovering their daughter’s health issues were related to gluten sensitivity they embarked on a journey to use their professional skills in the organic food industry to go beyond organic and concentrate on high-quality gluten-free foods. Twenty-years later Jovial Foods, Inc has gone beyond just grain-related products, introducing lines of canned beans, tomatoes, sauces and more that complement their ever growing line of delicious organic gluten-free and Einkorn wheat products.
With this growth came challenges, one of them being the need for an expanded headquarters. Long time Savings Institute Bank & Trust customers, Jovial Foods, Inc. reached out to commercial lending expert Mark Light for assistance. The Bank was able to meet the business’s unique needs with a Commercial Construction Mortgage.
