Nicole Sweeney is the new Branch Manager in Moosup, CT

Moosup, CT (May 2015) Nicole Sweeney has moved to the Moosup, CT office of Savings Institute Bank & Trust as Branch Manager according to Jonathan Wood, Savings Institute Bank & Trust Senior Vice President Retail Banking.

Nicole will continue to provide the customer experience that all of our customers are accustomed to. Overseeing branch operations in Moosup and providing customer support, educating customers and staff on the products and services that we offer and working with bank partners from Paychex, Capital Bankcard, and VantisLife to provide the best options for our customers.   

Nicole began at Savings Institute Bank & Trust in 2010 as a part-time teller in Dayville, and has held many positions from full time teller in Lisbon, Floating Senior Teller, Head Teller and then Assistant Branch Manager in Brooklyn CT and most recently she was the Branch Manager at our West Main Street office in Willimantic.

Nicole is a graduate of Plainfield High School and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from The University of Connecticut. She is very active in the community and serves as Treasurer of the No Freeze Shelter in Willimantic, Secretary of the Northeast Exchange Club, she is a member of Plainfield Rotary and previous captain of numerous Relay for Life teams.  She lives in Plainfield with her husband, Joseph Sweeney.
